Sunderbans Tiger Reserve
Location: Piyali, West Bengal, 50 kms from Gosaba & 113 kms from Kolkata
Major Attractions: Bengal Tiger, Ridley Sea Turtle
Best Time to Visit: October to February
Timings: 7 am to 5 pm.
Kaziranga National Park
Location: Kaziranga, in Central Assam
Major Attractions: Great Indian One-Horned Rhinos, Wild Elephants, Wild Buffaloes and Tigers.
Best Time to Visit: November to late March, early April.
Timings: 7.30 am to 4 pm.
Safari Timings: Elephant Safari timings 5 am to 6 am & 6 pm to 7 pm, Jeep Safari timings 7.30 am to 9.30 am & 2 pm to 3.30 pm.
Location: Ramnagar, Uttaranchal, 256 kms north east of Delhi
Major Attractions: Tigers, Leopards, Crocodiles
Best time to Visit: Between late autumn, that is November, and mid summer, June. Closed: 15 June to 15 November
Nearest Attractions: Ramnagar (fishing base camp), Lohachaur (15 km) - good place for anglers,
Some Major Accesses: Dhikala is about 300 km from Delhi, 145 km from Lucknow and 51 km from Ramnagar.
